Toyota Kata) so interesting for any kind of improvement. She has actively coached software / IT teams at Volvo and Volkswagen in using Kata and can draw from a wealth of information. Her background however spans across many more industries. She is the organizer of Kata Geek Girls and the Kata School Cascadia, both communities that spread knowledge and experiences among Kata enthusiasts.
