A few years ago, he had a trigger event which made him organize a non-profit organization to teach people in transition for free. “The Job Hackers” helps people in transition to sharpen their skills in the job market and give them a chance to expand their careers. Learn more about his program and vision in this episode. The non-profit is dependent on donations but has gone through 3 years of successful programs. The proceeds of his books go 1:1 to the non-profit as well.
